Cellular South Launches Motorola Milestone X

Cellular South has officially confirmed the availability of the Motorola Milestone X. Powered by the Google Android 2.2 OS, the Milestone X features a 4.3-inch (854 x 480) capacitive touchscreen, an 8MP AutoFocus camera with LED flash, a 1GHz processor, an included 2GB microSD card, Wi-Fi, 3G, GPS, Bluetooth, and a 1540mAh battery. The Motorola Milestone X is priced at $149.99 with a 2-year contract with the network carrier.
Motorola i420 for Boost Outed by FCC

Word has it that the Motorola DROID X will receive an official Android 2.3 Gingerbread update from Verizon very soon. According to Droid-Life, the update will be released starting next week. Unfortunately, there is no official confirmation from Verizon so far. Stay tuned for more updates.

Consumer Cellular has released a new low-end featurephone, namely the Motorola WX34. The handset features a camera, an MP3 player, FM radio, Bluetooth, a speakerphone. The Motorola WX34 is now available for free (with a $35 activation fee) with a two-year contract.
