The HTC Thunderbolt is now available for $100 via Amazon. New customer account holders who purchase the Android phone will be able to enjoy free shipping after committing to a two-year contract. To remind you, the handset is packed with an 8-megapixel camera, a 1GHz Snapdragon processor with a 4.3-inch LCD multi-touch display and runs on Android 2.2 OS.
HTC ChaCha Gets OTA Update
This is good news for all HTC ChaCha owners. The handset has recently received its first over-the-air update. For your info, the HTC ChaCha is known as the “Facebook” phone. This handset was introduced at this year’s Mobile World Congress in Barcelona. The HTC ChaCha owners will receive a notification of FOTA update on their phone when it is made available. Simply press OK to accept the update via a data connection such as Wi-Fi or GPRS/3G. After installing the update, the new Build number after the update will be 1.18.401.1. Please backup your data first before upgrading your phone. We recommend using a free Wi-Fi hotspot or an unlimited data plan to apply this update. If not, standard data connection charges may apply.

Bell will launch the HTC Wildfire S on June 17, 2011. For your info, the handsaet features a 3.2-inch HVGA touchscreen display with Sense UI, HSDPA, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, GPS, Bluetooth 3.0, a 3.5mm headset jack, a 5MP AutoFocus camera, a 600MHz processor and runs on Android 2.3 Gingerbread OS.
